The 3-bedroom Sankofa Beach House is located on the outskirts of Accra (approximately 50 minutes drive). The quiet beach area is located at "Kokrobitey" near the village with the same name. The house sits on 4 acres of beachfront property with a large summer hut, bar, volleyball court, and grilling area. There is also an outside changing room with a toilet, shower, and sink.


The beach house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 31/2 baths, double living room, and dining room. There is a television and DVD player and music equipment for indoor and outdoor music.


The daily rate is $100 per day for the entire beach house. The rate is $50 a day for 1 room. Weekly rates are $500 for the entire house and $250 for the 1 bedroom. This price includes transportation to and from the beach house from central Accra and breakfast. A house girl is available to assist with cooking and other needs of the visitor. Arrangements can be made for a cooked meals or nanny support services.

Car rentals and tour packages to the surrounding areas including Cape Coast and El Mina Castles, Kakum National Park, and city tours of Accra are also available.
